Time To Not Weigh
Usually, I like to weigh everyday. I know there are multiple camps on this one, but it works for me. I like to keep up with what I weigh on more of a real time basis.
Problem is, I don't want to be discouraged, either. So, as much as I want to weigh, I know I gained those icky four pounds, and since I am not exercising, it is going to take more than one pretty good day to make up for seven days with cheese flavored orange fingers.
So, I need to resist, and give myself at least another 3 days. That should be enough time to just check and see where I stand. Willpower time. And I thought it was just bad food I needed to stay away from.
