A little update.

Ok. Not doing too badly here. I had lost about 8 pounds, but then I went out this weekend. You know how that goes. Were back up a pound, maybe two, but I should know for sure if I weigh again tomorrow. Still, as long as it isn't more than the 2, I will be thrilled. The first 5 pounds took me below my first goal weight.

I think that is part of my strategy and hopefully success this time. I want to set small realistic goals, one at a time. AS I reach each one, I get a shot of enthusiasm and motivation, to help push me on to the next small goal. = )
